Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data BrandElevar collects when you visit brandelevar.com, email us, hire us or buy one of our templates, and what we do with it. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean BrandElevar.
Who is responsible
BrandElevar is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@brandelevar.com.
When you visit our website
brandelevar.com has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Like every website host, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This data is used to run and secure the website and is kept in short-lived server logs.
When you use our contact form
The form on our contact page asks for your name, email address, company (optional), project type, budget (optional), where you found us (optional) and your message. When you send it, our hosting provider, Vercel, runs a small function that passes the message to our team's Slack workspace and to Resend, an email delivery service, which emails it to us. We use it only to reply and to prepare a proposal. The form sets no cookies, and the function does not store your message or log its contents.
When you email us
When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply, to prepare a proposal and to run the project if you hire us. Our email is routed by Cloudflare and stored by Google.
When you hire us
For client projects we keep the contact details, project messages, files and invoices needed to deliver the work and to meet our accounting and tax duties. If the project runs on Upwork, Upwork's own privacy policy also applies to what you share there.
When you buy a template
Templates are sold through the Webflow Marketplace and the Framer Marketplace. The platform and its payment provider take your payment, and we never see your card details. The platform may share limited order details with us, such as your name, email address and the template you bought, so we can support you and handle refunds.
Why we use your data
- To answer your messages and send proposals, because you asked us to.
- To deliver client work and template support, because it is needed for our agreement with you.
- To keep invoices and business records, because the law requires it.
- To keep the website running and secure, which is our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the contact form function.
- Slack receives contact form messages in our team workspace.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare runs our domain and routes our email.
- Google stores our email.
- Webflow and Framer sell our templates and process those payments.
- Upwork runs projects that clients start there.
Some of these providers store data outside your country, including in the United States. They protect it under their own data processing terms and the safeguards required by law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Links to other services
Our website links to other services, such as Webflow, Framer, Upwork and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google. When you open one of those links, that service's own privacy policy applies. The "Ask AI" links send a pre-written question about BrandElevar to the service you choose.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and project files for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time after, so we can answer follow-up questions. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires. When we no longer need data, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it. Email hello@brandelevar.com and we will answer within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, for example by adding a form or analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
