Project info

Heigl makes machine frames, stands, covers and metal housings for industry. The site has to show buyers what the shop can make and get drawings sent in for a quote.

Heigl GmbH & Co. KG is a contract metalworker in Blaubeuren, on the market since 1995. It cuts, bends, welds, mills and assembles frames and housings for industry and machine building.

The site leads with “Metallbau für die Industrie” (metalwork for industry) and backs it with hard facts: 3,750 m² of production space, ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certificates, and the working limits of each machine. Home and services both close on one request: send drawings or parts lists for a quote.

We built the site in Webflow from the design team's files, in German. The services page gives seven areas their own section, each with machine specs and a slider of captioned part photos. The homepage adds a references gallery in tabs, the company timeline and a customer award.

Project goals

  1. 01Show the size of the operation up front: 3,750 m² of production space, its own vehicle fleet and ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certification.
  2. 02Let engineers check fit before they call, with the limits of each machine, such as milling parts up to 6,000 mm long and laser cutting sheet up to 20 mm thick.
  3. 03Turn a visit into a quote request, with “Jetzt anfragen” (Enquire now) in the header and drawings or parts lists invited by email.
