Project info
Primegate fills hard-to-fill permanent roles across Germany. The site has to work for both sides of a hire: companies with a key role open, and candidates who want to change jobs discreetly.
Primegate Consulting is a recruitment boutique run from Heidelberg. It places specialists and leaders in automation, construction, finance, electrical engineering and IT infrastructure, and runs executive search for senior roles.
The site speaks to companies and candidates as two separate audiences. Companies get the reasons behind the speed: a candidate pipeline built all year, AI-assisted matching and a five-step process. Candidates get a clear promise: “Keine Weitergabe ohne deine Freigabe” (nothing is passed on without your approval).
We built the site in Webflow from the design team's files, in German. Companies and candidates each have their own page with process steps and an FAQ. Companies can brief a role through a two-step form, and the contact page splits enquiries into four tabs, each with its own form and an optional CV upload.
Project goals
- 01Give companies and candidates their own path from the main menu: “Für Unternehmen” (For companies) and “Für Kandidaten” (For candidates).
- 02Explain why Primegate is fast, through the three sources the site names: specialization, process and a year-round candidate pipeline.
- 03Make the first step easy on both sides, with “Personalbedarf besprechen” (Discuss a hiring need) and “Profil einreichen” (Submit a profile) repeated down the homepage.
